BRCGS CERTIFIED

As a professional printing and packaging company, we are BRCGS GRADE A certified by GFSI®, which validates the high standards of quality, safety and traceability of our production line.

In our endeavour to be a prominent printing and packaging partner for major food processing companies, we were amongst the first few to be awarded the BRCGS certificate. There is a consensus among experts that BRCGS standards are rapidly becoming the reference in the field of food safety around the world.

ISO 9001® CERTIFIED

Being one of the most well-known certifications, ISO 9001® relies on key principles of Quality control and management, a focus on customer satisfaction, management engagement, process orientation and continuous improvements.

ISO 14001 CERTIFIED

ISO 14001 is a set of standards put forward by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Its purpose is to clarify the best practices for organizations that wish to reduce their environmental footprint by adopting an effective environmental management system (EMS).

ISO 22000 CERTIFIED

ISO 22000 is a Food Safety Management System that can be applied to any organization in the food chain, farm to fork. Becoming certified to ISO 22000 allows a company to show their customers that they have a food safety management system in place. This provides customer confidence in the product. This is becoming more and more important as customers demand safe food and food processors require that ingredients obtained from their suppliers to be safe.

FSC® CERTIFIED

The Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) guarantees customers that the FSC®-labelled product they buy has come from a forest and supply chain that is managed responsibly. To achieve FSC® certification, you must adhere to ten rules that cover the essentials of responsible forest management. These rules apply worldwide, across all ecosystems and cultural, political, and legal systems, with specific guidance provided for local interpretation.

SEDEX SMETA CERTIFIED

SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) is the most widely used social audit in the world. SMETA is Sedex’s social auditing methodology, enabling businesses to assess their sites and suppliers to understand working conditions in their supply chain. Social audits enable businesses to assess their suppliers, monitor health and safety for workers, and signal zero tolerance of human rights abuses such as child and forced labour. Once an audit is complete, buyer and supplier businesses can work together to address any issues, based on a Corrective Action Plan (CAPR).

PS 9000 Certified supplier

When it comes to the safety and efficiency of medicines the quality of printing and packaging plays a critical factor. Pharmaceutical Quality Group (PQG) have developed PS 9000 – the standard for manufacturers and suppliers of printing and packaging materials for medicines. The system has been designed in line with the ISO 9001 quality management system.

PS 9000 requires pharmaceutical manufacturers/assemblers to ensure printing and packaging materials used are of appropriate quality. The system focuses on the development and implementation of a quality management system designed to offer assurance of the product’s quality, as well as enhancing customer satisfaction.

OHSAS 18001 Certified

The OHSAS 18001 Certification Scheme is an occupational health and safety standard designed to enable organisations to control risks and improve performance in the area of OH&S. OHSAS 18001 places a proactive and preventative emphasis on risk-control factors by identifying and assessing the likelihood and severity of hazards in the workplace.
